YUAN's COMMISSION
TERMS OF SERVICES
GENERAL:
◇ I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.
◇ The finished artwork WILL BE posted on my sites and social media accounts as my portfolio unless you inform me if you don't want it.
✔️CAN DO: NSFW, OCs, Fanart, Chibi, BL/GL, Gijinka, Kemonomimi
✖️ CAN'T DO: Mecha, Furry, Realism
❗COULD, BUT NEEDS TIME: Elderly, Complex Background.
❗For NSFW, ask me if ok.PAYMENTS:
◇ Payments are made upfront or in full through Paypal.
◇ The commissioned work price is stated for PERSONAL USE; if it's for COMMERCIAL/MERCH, it will be x2.
◇ Once I have begun working on the commission, there will be NO REFUNDS.
◇ I will automatically refund the payments if I fail to fulfill the commission.
◇ If the client falsely charges back the commission, I will have the right to reuse the creation and will not use your character.
◇ Canceled Commissions will be given to the client incompletely, and I may use them as commission examples.REVISIONS:
◇ Changes can be made during the sketching-starting process.
◇ After rendering, major adjustments are a BIG NO-NO, but minor adjustments are ok.
◇ Changes after rendering ask to CHARGE FEESDEADLINES AND DELIVERY:
◇ SKETCHES will be delivered within a week.
◇ FINISHED WORK is expected to finish within a month or more, depending on its complexity.
◇ Rush Commission will have an extra charge of 20%.
◇ If I cannot meet the deadline, I'll inform you soon.
◇ The waiting time will depend on how many people are ahead of your commission and the type of commission.Copyright and Usage:
I, as the artist:
◇ I am the rightful owner of the art as the artist who drew it, and I may not be the rightful owner of the character.
◇ If it's a Character Design Commission, I will design your character based on your request. While I draw it, the character/s will belong to you, the client/s. But you CANNOT PROFIT from it unless you state it for a COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.
◇ I will post the finished commission work on my social media or other publications, in lower quality and with my watermark, and only use it for sample showcases and portfolios unless you inform me.
◇ I cannot resell the art.
You, as the client:
◇ You may upload the commissioned artwork to any website and social media.
◇ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless it is stated and paid previously for COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.
(Monetized Content or Commercial Use such as reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, prints, etc.)
◇ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my- the artist's consent.
◇ Using the commissioned artwork for anything NFT- or AI-related is strictly prohibited.
◇ Using the commissioned artwork for any illegal business activities according to their local laws is strictly prohibited.
◇ You may not use the commissioned artwork/design to offend, infringing on the artist's rights, integrity and reputation.COMMUNICATION:

⌜Character Illustration
All of this type commissions MAY INCLUDE flat color background/ simple shape effects. Transparent are also ok if you request.
+$10~70 for background, ornaments depends on its complexity for all comms.
+10~40% from the base price for complex character design.
Additional character/s will double the price.
All commissions are digital files: PNG with 300 dpi. and will be sent via email. (jpg is ok if you requested)
Generally I do in A4 (except icon), I can adjust if you requested (max ~5000px).

Head Shot are square size only and generally 3000x3000px. (max ~5000px)

Can be line art only or ink-painted, a bit of call can also be included

SKEB LIKE / Surprise me!
This is for character main drawing, the price will depends on how much you want to offer from the base price:
Cel Shade starts with $60+ (add 40% for more coloring details)
Full Rendered starts with $95+
Add ons: +$10~70 for more complicated backgrounds, or even cheebs!
For this type of commissions, NO WIPS will be sent,
And NO REVISION request, except for small changes such as a little bit errors from your character.

Chibi Illust generally in 2000x2000px, can adjust if you requested (Max.~4000px)
Emotes generally in 300x300px (size depends on your purpose, Max. ~500px).
Digital files: PNG with 300 dpi. and will be sent via email. (jpg is ok if you requested)
Transparent are also ok if you request.

● I can create a minimum of 5 sketches to illustrate the features, details, and concept of your character! It's already included in your payment. More than 5 will still include, but it depends on the complexity. If I think it's too much, I will ask for extra fees!
